ORDERS
• We ship worldwide.
• All prices include shipping costs.
• We will ship your package within 1-2 business days.
• Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
• Tracking information may take 2-3 days to be available.
• International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are waived once the package arrives at the destination country. Please note that these charges are levied by the destination country and we have no control over them. Duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility (Outside EU)
exchange / return
• If you wish to request an exchange or refund, please contact us by email with:
- your name and order number
- the reason for an exchange or refund
- if an item is defective, please email us with images of the defective part.
• All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging including boxes and dust bags.
• We do not issue return label except for defective items, please use your own way to return the package to us.
• It takes 3 to 5 daysbusiness hours to issue a refund for a returned or canceled order.
• Please do not ship your return without a return authorization. it will not be processed.
